      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Otsa tee 3 KÜ on loodud 2018 aastal igapäevase majandustegevuse korraldamiseks. Liikmeid on ühistul neli ning juhatusse kuulub igast korterist üks liige.

      2019 aasta veebruarist hakati koguma igakuiselt nn. remondifondi 20 eurot korteri kohta ühisteks kulutusteks. 2023 aastal koguti fondi 960 eurot, millest tehti kulutusi maja kindlustusele, gaasikatla hooldustele ning muule ( vt Lisa 2).

      Ühistul on reserve 2022 aasta lõpu seisga:

      Remondifond 1 376,00

      Reservkapital 800,00

      Kokku : 2 176,00

      Ühistul on reserve 2023 aasta lõpu seisga:

      Remondifond 1 884,00

      Reservkapital 800,00

      Kokku : 2 684,00

      Ühistul puudusid 2023 aastal võlglased.
