      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Tammistu tee 16 on registreeritud 12.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele.

      KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2024.a. Võlad tarnijatele on kokku summas 2466 €, korteriomanike võlgnevused KÜ ees on 4796 € ja saadud ettemaksed 18 €.

      2024.a. Remondifondi kulutati summas 4887 €. Suuremad tellimusd olid vee- ja kanalipüstaku vahetus summas 850 €, prügimaja 1464 € ja koridoride värskendamiseks kulus 735 € 2024.a. Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole.

      2024.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2025. a. Suuremaid remont-ja parendustöid planeeritud ei ole.
