      KÜ Posti regristreeeriti 12.01.2018, kuid tegevust alustas 01.01.2019

      Korteriühisu majandustegevus 2025 seisnes liikmetelt remondifondi ja hoolduskulude osamaksete kogumises.

      2025 aastal võeti ka pangalaenu, et alustada hoone renoveerimist ja suuremate tööde tegemist.

      KÜ juhib ja esindab juhatus. Juhatus on kolme liikmeline alates 2023 aastast ning juhatuse liikmetele 2025. aastal tasu ei makstud.
