      Korteriühistu Kurtna 4 on kantud registrisse 11.01. 2018 seisuga, juhatus registreeriti esmakordselt 26.05.2023.a.

      Reaalse majandusliku tegevusega alustati oktoobris 2023.

      Ühistu tegevuse eesmärgiks on Kurtna külas (Alutaguse vallas), aadressil Kurtna 4, asuva korterelamu ja selle juurde kuuluva maa ühine majandamine ning seoses sellega ühistu liikmete huvide esindamine ja ühistu liikmetele eluruumide kasutamise ja hooldamisega seotud teenuste osutamine.

      Järgnevatel perioodidel jätkab ühistu oma põhikirjalist tegevust elamu majandamise ja haldamise osas.

      Järgmiseks 2024 majandusaastaks kogume raha remondiks.

      Kurtna 4 KÜ koosneb 12 korterist . Juhatuse liikmeid on 1.
