      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Vinni vald, Viru-Jaagupi alevik, Kaasiku tn 3 eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ning kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      Korteriühistus on 12 korteriomandit.

      2024.a teostati katuse vahetus koos soojustamisega, sokli soojustamine, eeskodade renoveerimine, kanalisatsioonitorude vahetus väliskaevuni. Tööde finantseerimiseks sõlmiti pangaga laenuleping summale 99 513,11 € laenumarginaaliga 2,8 %+6 kuu Euribor ja tagasimakse tähtajaga 30.05.2039.a.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2024.a teenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Emajõe Veevärk AS kogusummas 1970,69 €

      Vinni vald, Viru-Jaagupi alevik, Kaasiku tn 1 KÜ (prügivedu) kogusummas 302,66 €

      Lääne-Viru Jäätmekeskus MTÜ kogusummas 175,99 €
