      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Korteriühistu Lustivere Rahu tee 4 alustas oma majandustegevust 01.07.2020.a. Tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. KÜ on 8 liiget. KÜ tööd korraldab juhatus. Alates 13.01.2022 on juhatus 2-liikmeline.

      2023 aastal renoveeriti maja katus. Tööde maksumus oli 40636 eurot, millest laen oli 30000 eurot ja omaosalus 10636 eurot. Laenu võeti 5 aastaks.

      Juhatusele 2023. a töötasu ei makstud. Korteriühistu Lustivere Rahu tee 4 on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
