      Korteriühistu Võhandu 49 KÜ on registreeritud 12.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele.

      2023.a. KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2023.a.KÜ võlgnevused AS Revekori ees summas 9240 €, mis koosneb korteriomanike arved 8681 € ja saadud ettemaksed 559 €.

      2023.a. Remondifondi kulutati summas summas 25703 €. Suurem töö oli küttesüsteemi renoveerimine.

      2023.a.Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole 2023.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2024.a. Suuremaid remont-ja parendustöid planeeritud ei ole.
