      Korteriühistu Võru mnt.5 on registreeritud 12.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele. KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2024.a. KÜ võlgnevused on kokku summas 1597 €, mis koosneb võlad tarnijatele summas 1590 € (AS Eesti Keskkonnateenused 63 €, AS

      Enefit 9 €, Elektrum Eesti OÜ 9 €, AS Revekor 1509 €) ja korteriomanikelt saadud ettemaksed summas 7 €.

      2024.a. Remondifondi kulutati summas 1956 €.

      2024.a.Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole.

      2024.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2025 a.Suurem remont- ja parendustööna on planeeritud elamu täis renoveerimine.
