      Korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitise ja maatüki osade ühine majandamine.

      Vastavalt KrtS §48 reservkapitali suurus on vähemalt üks kaheteistkümnendik korteriühistu aasta eeldatavatest kuludest.

      2024 aasta majandamiskulud olid 7048 kuus. KÜ reservkapital on hetkel 6360€

      Seisuga 31.12.2024 oli elanike võlg KÜ ees 6409€

      KÜ valitsejaks on valitud Stell Eesti AS.

      Tasulisi töötajaid Korteriühistul ei ole.
