      Korteriühistu Tammistu tee 18 on registreeritud 12.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele.

      KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2023.a. KÜ võlgnevused AS Revekor ees on kokku summas 7179 €, mis koosneb korteriomanike laekumata arved 7119 € ja korteriomanike ettemaksed summas 60 € .

      2023.a. remondifoni kulutati summas 1240 €.

      2023.a. Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole.

      2023.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2024 a. Suuremaid remont-ja parendustöid planeeritud ei ole.
