      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Tartu vald, Tabivere alevik, Tuuliku tn 6 KÜ tegeleb kommunaalmaksete vahendamisega korteriomanikele ja maja üldise haldamisega (remont, haljastuse korrashoid jm).

      Majas on 12 korteriomandit. Kõikidelt korteriomanikelt kogutakse üldkoosoleku otsusega igakuiselt remondifondi makseid tulevaste remonttööde tarbeks. Kommunaalmaksed jagatakse vastavalt põhikirjas sätestatule.

      Remondifondi jääk 31/12/2025 on 7304,41€. 2025 aastal kasutati remondifondi peasmiselt torustiku remondiks, korstende hoolduseks jm pisemate remont-ja hooldustööde teostamiseks.

      Kokku kulus remondifondist 2025 aasta jooksul 716,51€.
