      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Tartu vald, Tabivere alevik, Tuuliku tn 6 KÜ tegeleb kommunaalmaksete vahendamisega korteriomanikele ja maja üldise haldamisega (remont, haljastuse korrashoid jm).

      Majas on 12 korteriomandit. Kõikidelt korteriomanikelt kogutakse üldkoosoleku otsusega igakuiselt remondifondi makseid tulevaste remonttööde tarbeks. Kommunaalmaksed jagatakse vastavalt põhikirjas sätestatule.

      Remondifondi jääk 31/12/2024 on 2564,52 €. 2024 aastal kasutati remondifondi katusekatte vahetamiseks, maja soojustamiseks, ventilatsioonikorstende taastamiseks jm pisemate remont-ja hooldustööde teostamiseks.

      Kokku kulus remondifondist 2024 aasta jooksul 14605,68 €.
