      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Tammistu tee 14 on registreeritud 13.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele.

      KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2024.a. KÜ võlgnevused tarnijate ees on kokku summas 3769 €, korteriomanike võlgnevused KÜ ees on 8489 € ja saadud ettemaksed 813 €.

      2024.a. Remondifondi raha kulutati 2567 €. Suuremad tellimused olid prügimaja koos paigaldusega summas 800 € ja trepikoja välisfassadi renoveerimine summas 1600 €.

      2024.a. Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole.

      2024.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2025 a. Suuremaid remont-ja parendustöid planeeritud ei ole.
