      Korteriühistu Tammistu tee 14 on registreeritud 13.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele.

      KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2025.a. KÜ võlgnevused tarnijate ees on kokku summas 3654 €, korteriomanike võlgnevused KÜ ees on 11460 €.

      2025.a. Remondifondi raha kulutati 4565 €. Suurem tellimus oli vee- ja kanalisatsioonipüstakute ning keldris veetrassi vahetus summas 3685 €.

      2025.a. Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole.

      2025.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2026.a. Suuremaid remont-ja parendustöid planeeritud ei ole.
