      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Tallinn, Nõmme tee 1a korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ning ühistu liikmete huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistu korjab vahendeid haldus- ja hooldustasudeks, heakorraks ning remondiks vastavalt majandustegevuse aastakavale. Korteriühistu tööd korraldab juhatus.

      Remondifondi jääk 31.12.2025 seisuga on 2372 eurot ja haljastustööde fondi jääk 330 eurot.

      2023. aastal sõlmiti Swedbank AS-iga laenuleping summas 8247 eurot. Laenu tagastamise lõpptähtaeg on 30.07.2026.

      Laenu jääk 31.12.2025 seisuga on 1948 eurot.
