      Võru vesi AS 651 eurot ( külm vesi kolmele korterile arvesti järgi ja kanalisatsioon)

      Keskkonnateenused AS 400 eurot ( prügiveo arve jaotatakse korterite ruutmeetrite peale)

      Enefit AS 59 eurot ( elektriarve jaotatakse kahe korteri vahel, nende koridoris on valgus)
