      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Kohila vald, Kohila alev, Lõuna tn 7 korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on Kohila alevis Lõuna tn 7 asuva 8 korteriga kortermaja ja selle juurde kuuluva maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ning korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Kasutamata remonditasusid oli aruandeperioodi lõpus summas 8 281 eurot.

      Korteriühistul on sõlmitud laenuleping Swedbankis 2020.aastal. Bilansipäeva seisuga on laenujääk 59 057 eurot.

      Pangalaenu lõpptähtaeg on 30.07.2035.

      Ühistu liikmete maksetähtaja ületanud võlgnevus bilansipäeva seisuga oli 117 EUR.

      Korteriühistu juhatuses on kolm liiget, kelledele hüvitist määratud ei ole.

      2024. aastal ei ole plaanis teostada suuremaid remonttöid.
