      KÜ Koondise 3 KÜ 2024 aasta peamised tegevused olid seotud ettevalmistustega KÜ Koondise 3 renoveerimiseks.

      Konsultant on teinud projekteerimisehanke ning projekt on valmis.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab 3-liikmeline juhatus.

      Juhatuse liikmetele 2024 aastal tasu ei makstud. Muus osas jätkas korteriühistu tavapäraseid tegevusi, kommunaalteenuste ja muude vajalike teenuste vahendamist ühistu liikmetele ning ühistu liikmete huvide esindamist.

      Remondifondis on seisuga 31.12.2024 kokku 31069 eurot
