      Korteriühistu Jõe tn.9 on registreeritud 14.01.2018 a vastavalt riigi poolt vastuvõetud korteriomandi- ja korteriühistuseadusele. KÜ tööd korraldab lepinguline haldaja AS Revekor.

      2023.a. KÜ võlgnevused AS Revekori ees on kokku summas 357 €.

      2023.a. Remondifondi raha kulutati summas 6485 €. Suuremad tööd olid tulekindlate uste paigaldus, 1 korruse kanalisatsiooni vahetus ja telliti projekt üldelektri renoveerimiseks.

      2023.a.Töölepinguga töötavaid isikuid korteriühistus ei ole.

      2023.a. Juhatuse liikmed töötasu ei saanud.

      2024 a. Plaanis üldelektri renoveerimine.
