      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Korteriühistusse Sarapuu tee 4 kuulub 4 korterit. Tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine.

      Korteriühistut juhib 4 liikmeline juhatus ning esindavad ühiselt.

      2024 aastal kindlustati maja Swedpanga P&C Insurance AS poolt ja tasutakse kord kvartalis kindlustus osamakseid. September 2024 teostatud veerenni paigaldus maja ees koos äravoolu kiviga. Maja renoveerimistööde alustamiseks korjatakse kapitali, kuna korjatav summa on minimaalne siis suuremaid remonttöid pole võimalik veel teha. Alates 01.01.2026 suurendatud remondifondi summat 25 eurolt 50 eurole.
