      1. TEGEVUSTE KIRJELDUS:

      Oleme tegelenud alates jaanuarist tarbijate kaebuste ja päringutega telefoni ja e-posti teel ning teeme seda pidevalt edasi.

      Tutvustasin ka ETL kodulehte, mida palusin ka tarbijatel jälgida. Juhtisin tähelepanu ka Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelvalve Ameti lehele, et vajadusel saaksid tarbijad sealt omale vajalikku infot. Tarbijatele tutvustasime ja suunasime nende tähelepanu ETL-i ja TTJA-i kodulehele facebookis.

      Nõustamist on tehtud vabatahliku tööna.

      Aasta jooksul on nõustamisi toimunud 834 korral.

      Ühing on tegevusvõimeline.
