      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Korteriühistu alustas reaalset majandustegevust 2021. aasta märtsis.

      Aruandeperioodil tegeleti peamiselt teenuste vahendamisega (elamu üldelekter, prügiveoteenus, raamatupidamine).

      Tavapäraste teenuste - elekter ja prügiveoteenus - ostmise ja müümise ning raamatupidamisprogrammi kasutustasu osas jäid kulud ja tulud tasakaalu.

      2024. aastal oli korterelamu katuse vahetamine, milleks sõlmiti 2024. aasta algul laenuleping LHV pangaga. 2025. suuremaid investeeringuid ei tehtud, kuna katuse vahetamiseks võetud laenumakse moodustab peamise väljamineku KÜ kuludest. Samuti jätkati reservkapitali igakuiste maksete kogumisega.
