      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      MTÜ Arengulugu pakub rehabilitatsiooni- ning erihoolekandeteenuseid täiskasvanud vaimse tervise probleemidega inimestele. Pakutavad teenused on sotsiaalne rehabilitatsioon, tööalane rehabilitatsioon, igapäevaelu toetamise teenus, toetatud elamise teenus, töötamise toetamise teenus. Samuti pakume isikukeskset erihoolekandeteenuse mudelit koostöös Elva vallaga.

      Peamised koostööpartnerid on Sotsiaalkindlustusamet, Töötukassa, kohalikud omavalitsused. Aasta 2023 oli kasvutrendis ning tänu sellele on aastal 2024 plaanis kolida suuremale pinnale. Uue üüripinna saamine ja remontimine on järgneva aasta peamine investeering. Samuti meeskonnaliikmete koolitamine ning kompetentsi tõstmine kvaliteetse ja seadustele vastava teenuse pakkumiseks.
