      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Aruküla, Staadioni 5 korteriühistu tegevusaruanne 2023 2023 aaastal viidi lõpule soojaveetorustike ehitus. Paigaldati kõikidesse korteritesse soojavee mõõdikud. Kõikides korterites on nii külma kui ka soojavee kaugloendavad veemõõdikud.

      Valiti uus juhatus.

      Alates septembrist kordineerib korteriühistut haldusfirma KV Kvaliteet OÜ. Otsustati edasi minna üldkoosolekul vastuvõetud renoveerimiskavaga, mida korraldab haldusfirma.

      Tegeleti igapäevaste jooksvate küsimustega.

      Kommunaalteenuseid pakuvad: Raven Oü, Enefit As, Eesti Keskkonnateenused Oü ja SW Energia OÜ.

      Raamatupidamisteenust osutab Marger Oü

      KÜ mugavuseesmärgil on elanikel võimalik sõlmida Swedbangas E-arve teenuseleping.

      Juhatuse liikmed tasu ei ole saanud.

      Juhatuse hinnangul on korteriühistu jätkuvalt tegutsev mittetulundusühing!
