      Saue vald, Saue linn, Kuuseheki tn 54 korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistu korjab vahendeid haldus-ja hooldustasudeks, heakorraks ning remondiks vastavalt majandustegevuse aastakavale.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab juhatus. Korteriühistu on mittetulundusühing ning oma tegevust jätkab ka järgmisel aastal. Korteriühistul ei olnud aruandeperioodil palgalisi töötajaid.

      2024.a juhatuse liikmele arvestatud tasu on 600 eurot, arvestatud sotsiaalmaks 198 eurot
