      1.5.2023 seisuga võõrandas sihtasutus Keila haiglas tegutseva majandusüksuse aktsiaseltsile Elora Keila Haigla, mille omanikud on identsed sihtasutuse tegelike kasusaajatega. Tehingu käigus võttis aktsiaselts üle kõik sihtasutuse Keila haiglas asuva majandusüksuse varad, töötajad ning seonduvad õigused ja kohustused, ka need mis võivad tekkida tulevikus. Sihtasutus Keila Haigla ei jätka haiglapidajana, ent tema tegevus jätkub tervishoiuvaldkonnas arengu- ja tervishoiukororalduse juurutamise alal.
