Our company aims to ensure reliable and effective access to the electricity network for people and businesses. We act as a service provider whose job is to keep the connection between the network and its users reliable and accessible.

Electricity reaching consumers requires a well-managed network, clear connectivity opportunities and support in the event of failures or questions. It is in this area that we offer the necessary support for both existing network users and new entrants.

We offer network services at a voltage of 0.4 kV and 10 kV, connection-related services and other additional services related to the electricity network. Through these services, we help to ensure that homes, companies and other properties can connect to the electricity grid and use the network service according to their needs.

We are characterised by practical and service-focused working arrangements. We operate in 14 network areas across Estonia, serve more than 2700 places of consumption and rely on a network covering more than 200 kilometres and more than 130 substations. An important part of our activities is also a 24-hour fault line, so that help is always available if necessary.
