The year 2022 posed a serious challenge to the joint-stock company KE INFRA and the year was busy and tense. The military conflict between Russia and Ukraine that began in February caused an unpredictable price increase in energy carriers, materials and services and difficulties in material supply. The sales revenue for the reporting year amounted to 19.23 million euros, decreasing by 14% compared to the previous year (2021: 21.99 million euros) and the operating profit for 2022 was 1.32 million euros (2021: 3.05 million euros).
The joint-stock company KE INFRA has continued to move forward with the thoughtful development of its own resources and skilled workers. The company constantly invests in staff training, ensuring an increase in the number of competent heat engineers and the ability to carry out complex engineering-technical skills requiring projects. The average number of employees in 2022 reduced to full-time was 72 people (as in 2021) and labor costs including all taxes amounted to 3.02 million euros (2021: 2.76 million euros).
The company's board was two-member and the council was three-member during the reporting year.
The joint-stock company KE INFRA operates on the basis of quality, environmental, health and safety requirements and the company has been awarded international certificates ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
The situation in the construction sector is complicated and it is very difficult to predict the development for the next year, but over the past few years, the joint-stock company KE
INFRA has learned to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and to act quickly and efficiently in changing conditions and to achieve its goals.
