Introduction

The Autospirit Group consists of Autospirit AS (parent company) and its 100% subsidiary

Ascar Auto AS.

The main activity of the group is the sale of new Subaru, Fiat, Opel and Peugeot passenger cars, commercial vehicles and used cars. Also the sale of spare parts and accessories, provision of maintenance, repair and warranty services, and car rental services.

In 2022, the sale of new Subaru, Fiat, Opel and Peugeot vehicles continued.

The Group sold a total of 1059 vehicles in 2022 (of which 177 were Subaru, 67 were Fiats, 129 were

Peugeot, 195 were Opel and 491 were used vehicles).

Revenues, expenses, profit The sales revenue for the 2022 financial year was 28,390,488 EUR together with other business income. 78.96% of the sales revenue came from vehicle sales and 13.15% from the sale of motor vehicle parts and accessories. The remaining 7.88% was maintenance and repair sales revenue.
