In 2022, the consolidation group continued its main activity, which is the production and sale of various wood products to the furniture sector.

The parent company Meklar KE OÜ mainly mediates goods produced within the group, the subsidiary MO-Puit Jõgeva AS is engaged in production activities. Another subsidiary, MEKLAR UK LIMITED, sells goods produced within the group in the UK.

We intend to continue in the same direction in the future.

The Ukrainian-Russian war began in the financial year, as a result of which the company's supplies from Russia have ended, due to the current situation we are forced to procure inputs from other regions. The group has no other direct contacts with Russia. In the management's opinion, the direct impact of the current geopolitical environment on the Company's financial position is minimal.
