Makron Estonia OÜ is 100% owned by its parent company Makron Oy, which is part of the Makron Group.

Makron Estonia manufactures both partial and complete structures and equipment for several large companies and has established its place as a long-term contractual partner. The company is focused on the production of conveyors, transport lines and machines.

The sales revenues for the reporting year were 7,856,671 euros (2021: 6,879,611 euros), of which 99% was made up of machine production.

During the reporting year, board members were paid 32,500 euros without taxes.

The average number of employees based on employment contracts in the company was 44 (2021: 46) and their total labor costs including taxes were 1,571,236 euros (2021: 1,487,082 euros). The indicators of Makron Estonia OÜ's economic activity are reflected in the annual report.

During the reporting period, the company invested 26,143 euros (2021: 26,742 euros) for the acquisition of new equipment.

The company's largest customers during the reporting year were Valmet Techologies Inc., Diffenbacher Panelboard Oy, Raute OYJ.

The company continues to train and educate its employees and develop its business activities in cooperation with partners.

The spread of Covid 19 did not significantly affect the company's business activities.

To the best of the management's current knowledge, the Russian-Ukrainian war does not have a significant negative impact on the company's activities in the near future.
