The consolidated annual report of Kauritel OÜ has been prepared by the board of the company. All reports have been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia

The consolidated annual accounting report reflects the financial indicators of OÜ Kauritel (parent company) and its subsidiaries OÜ Kauritel

Transport and OÜ Alfatron. The main activities of the group are the provision of transport services and forwarding.

Transport activity takes place all year round evenly, there is no seasonality.

In 2022, the group's sales revenue was 9.05 million euros and the loss was 0.29 million euros.

During the reporting year, 1.394 million euros were invested in tangible fixed assets, no real estate investments were made.

Interest rate risks are mainly associated with possible fluctuations in EURIBOR and changes in banks' average interest rates. Significant changes in exchange rates significantly affect the company's financial results, a loss of 80.5 thousand euros was incurred due to exchange rate changes during the reporting year.
