Inkasso Latvija SIA and Julianus Inkaso UAB offer pre-court and court debt management services in the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian markets. Julianus Law Office OÜ is a subsidiary in Estonia specializing in court proceedings related to debts. Aktiva Finance Group OÜ and Recoverso RMC OÜ, which joined the group in the reporting year, along with their subsidiaries in Poland, deal with financial services related to debtor debts. Credit Register OÜ collects, analyzes and mediates background information necessary for making credit decisions for both companies and individuals. Viena saskaita UAB, Perfi OÜ Kontu Sp.zoo handle client settlements. Thanks to the joint operation of the group's companies, the group can offer the best solution to all entrepreneurs in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, which was added as a new market in the reporting year.
In 2022, the group's total sales revenue was 29.8 million euros (2021: 24.5 million euros), which consisted of the revenue from the services offered and the purchase of claims.
The operating profit of the Aktiva Finance Group OÜ group in 2022 was a total of 13.1 million euros (2021: 13.5 million euros) and the net profit was 12.9 million euros (2021: 12.8 million euros). As of 31.12.2022, the group's balance sheet total was 99.3 million euros (2021: 80.2 million euros), of which current assets made up 38.2 million (2021: 28.7 million) and fixed assets 61.1 million euros (2021: 51.5 million euros). As of the balance sheet date, the group had total liabilities of 43.3 million euros (2021: 40.0 million euros), including short-term liabilities of 21.8 million (2021: 14.2 million) and long-term 21.5 million euros (2021: 25.8 million euros).
The remuneration paid to the members of the board of Aktiva Finance Group OÜ in 2022 was a total of 168 thousand euros (2021: 168 thousand euros). The Bank of Estonia forecasts an acceleration of wage growth to 10.8% for 2023, the forecast for average wage growth in Latvia is 7.8% and in Lithuania 9.2%. Despite the highest inflation numbers in the euro area, in the board's opinion, the macroeconomic impact in the form of price and wage growth on the company's financial results has been normal.
