Partnership Denveiss is a private capital company established in 2002, which offers services such as computer repair, retail of computers, devices and software, and since 2020, also deals with the wholesale of other liquid and gas fuels. The same activity will continue in 2023. There were no investments in fixed assets in the reporting year, in 2021, 17,000 euros were invested in fixed assets. No major investments are planned for 2023.

In 2022, the company was managed by a two-member board (2021: 2) who actively participates in the company's daily business activities and has specific functions. In 2022, the remuneration calculated for a board member amounted to 8,190 euros (2021: 7,542 euros). The annual financial report has been prepared based on the principle of continuity of operations.
