MEKI is a company based in Estonia that develops and manufactures cold-dried products and provides services related to them to both consumers and business customers. Our starting point is simple: to make available food and composition choices without preservatives that preserve the flavour, aroma and nutritional properties.

Many fresh raw materials quickly lose quality, making it difficult to ensure stable transport and preservation in the long term. Many food companies also do not have the possibility to experiment with or use small batches of separate ingredients that maintain their sensory properties.

MEKI offers two solutions for this: advanced, cold-dried products suitable for shop benches for consumers and a contractual drying and packaging service for business customers. These solutions give both home chefs and product developers access to light, preserved and ready-to-use ingredients and foods.

The difference is that all MEKI products are produced locally in the Simuna unit in Lääne-Virumaa and the company is unique in its field in Estonia. Through the production of small batches and strong quality control, we maintain freshness and are able to offer flexibility both in the development of recipes and in the formulation of packaging.

We direct our activities towards supporting local producers and allowing longer shelf life, easier transport and the preservation of the flavour and nutritional value of food - solutions that make daily food choices and product development practices easier and more reliable.
