Construction5ECO Ltd completed its thirteenth year of operation in 2022.

The main construction areas of Construction5eco are the construction of public buildings, production and storage buildings, residential buildings using the main contracting or project management method.

Construction5ECO Ltd's turnover for the 2022 financial year was 46.2 and profit 2 million euros. The backlog of uncompleted work at the end of the financial year was 57 million euros. The company employed 43 employees in 2022.

In 2023, we will continue work on the Tallinn City Theater, ITK D-building, Kuuse street 4, Pärnu apartment buildings, Hiiumaa Hospital, National Library construction sites.

The biggest influencer in 2022 was the war initiated by Russia against Ukraine, Estonia was hit by a security, migration, raw material and energy crisis, which contributed to high inflation, uncertainty in planning work, making investments. At the time of preparing the report, we believe that we were able to adapt satisfactorily to the circumstances and we are grateful to our employees, partners and customers, -thank you for your understanding, responsible and result-oriented attitude.

Construction5ECO did not make significant investments during the reporting year and does not plan to do so in the near future. Construction5ECO's business is not seasonal and economic activity is not cyclical. In the opinion of the management, the company's activities do not have significant social and environmental impacts.

We use bank guarantee letters as financial instruments, the interest rates are fixed, which we take into account when planning activities.

2023 should offer Construction5ECO developmental challenges in the form of already concluded contracts. A decrease in volumes is expected in the construction market.

At the time of preparing the report, private investors are slightly hesitant, state investments in construction are decreasing, bank interest rates are rising - it is a good time to improve the company's work processes, implement technological innovations, self-development.
