Our aim is to ensure the loadability and feasibility of buildings in a practical and standard-oriented manner. We bring design focus to safety, feasibility and pragmatism of construction procurement so that decisions are clear in both the design and construction phases.

Many projects need a safe structural solution, production-friendly element drawings and clear cooperation between specialties in order to avoid construction errors and unnecessary additional costs. Housing, commercial and industrial buildings of different sizes require solutions that are both economically justified and applicable during the work.

We offer cooperation throughout the project from consultation and conception to construction documentation, using modelling and combination to improve the quality of design and reduce collisions during the work. We prepare suitable drawings for steel and pre-prepared concrete elements and support both the construction and installation of the elements to be made on the site.

Since 2011, we have been involved in projects in Estonia and the Nordic countries; our team is working on a detailed, collaborative and reliable approach to standards, and the engineers of the main team are associated with the Estonian Civil Engineers Association. This practical experience helps to reduce structural inconsistencies, simplify production and lead projects to ready-made and economically sound solutions.
