F-TKO OÜ (hereinafter: F-TKO or the company) deals with the sale of animal proteins and fertilizers in Europe. F-TKO products are highly valued in the field of animal by-products. Since 2019, the company has been sourcing goods directly from European suppliers and selling material to its main customer, who is the Italian distributor F-TKO Italia s.r.l.

F-TKO's goal is to become the best provider of animal by-products, effectively using both its supply chain network and marketing product range to meet customers' business goals and needs in markets and reach new markets.

Company's overall objectives: (cid:127) to be the best provider of animal by-products in Europe; (cid:127) to provide customized solutions for animal protein customers; (cid:127) to have absolute control over the quality of the acquired material and its delivery to the customer.

To achieve this, we focus on the following in our business: (cid:127) flexibility - customized animal proteins and solutions; (cid:127) commitment - every transaction is an obligation for the company; (cid:127) precision - refined solutions for every market; (cid:127) reliability - we fulfill orders regardless of market conditions; (cid:127) diversity - thanks to a wide range of products, we meet all customer needs.

The company was founded in 2012 and has now grown into one of the largest companies in Europe dealing with the aforementioned products. Thanks to the long-term experience of the company's management, market knowledge and direct participation in both purchasing and sales activities, we have an advantage over many competitors. In addition, F-TKO has implemented a customized management system that provides a detailed overview of all transactions and helps optimize business.

The company's main activity is the purchase and trading of animal proteins and fertilizers, but to further diversify its business, it also started sales activities in the EU. Another area of activity of the company is the preparation and control of extensive documentation and the provision of consulting services in this field. The company buys its products from well-known suppliers throughout Europe.

Expansion to new markets is hindered by Estonian banking services restrictions, so the company continues to sell its products mainly to the Italian company

F-TKO Italia. Although the consequences of Covid-19 are still a major factor, as for example transport costs have not recovered to pre-COVID levels, new markets have been discovered that are likely to bring growth to the company.

The company's share capital was 240,000 euros in 2022.

The goal for 2023 is to further develop the business, but also to focus on maintaining the current business as solidly as possible. F-TKO has learned that diversification is important and focuses on expanding its sales activities as such in the EU.
