On 18.12.2024, a rating of 1/5 starts was given ja lisati kommentaar: "Viisin teleka parandusse ja sain järgmisel päeval vastuse, palju läheb parandus maksma. Kogu hind pidi olema 240, millest varuosad (tausta valgustus) pidi maksma 180€ ja töö 60€. Ütlesin siis, et toon ise varuosad ja maksan ainult töö eest (varuosad ei olnud veel tellitud ja telekat ei olnud diagnostika jaoks vaja avada). Pärast selle ütlemist muutus töö hind 60€ pealt 100€ peale. Pärast lühikest vestlust selgus, et 180€ maksev originaal varuosa maksab internetis koos saatmisega Eestisse kõigest 30€. Kokkuvõttes oleks töö hinnaks siis kujunenud 130€. Tõin sealt enda teleka tagasi ja parandasin ise ära. Kokku läks tund tööd ja 28,87€. (Teleka enda väärtus järelturul tervena on 200-250€ seega sinna viimise asemel oleksin võinud teleka lihtsalt ära visata ja teise asemele võtta, kui ei oleks viitsinud ise parandama hakata)... Kokkuvõttes: ei soovita asju sinna remonti viia... *** I took my TV to a repair shop and got a repair quote the next day. The total cost was said to be €240, with €180 for parts (backlight) and €60 for labor. I told them I’d bring the parts myself and pay only for labor (the parts hadn’t been ordered, and no diagnostics requiring disassembly had been done yet). After I mentioned this, the labor cost increased from €60 to €100. In a brief conversation, it became clear that the original part priced at €180 could be bought online for just €30, including shipping to Estonia. So, with my own parts, the total cost would have been €130 out of the original €240 estimate. I took my TV back and repaired it myself. It took me 1 hour and cost only €28.87. (Considering the TV’s resale value is €200-250, I could have just thrown it away and bought another instead of paying for the repair.) In conclusion: I wouldn’t recommend taking anything to that repair shop."
