Die Waren waren aber im Sale und auf der Internetseite wurde auch angegeben wie viel noch auf Lager ist! Im sp\\u00e4teren Verlauf wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, ich h\\u00e4tte gef\\u00e4rbte Stoffreste gekauft, die sie normalerweise an Schulen verschenken w\\u00fcrden!\\nNachdem der Versand mehrmals verschoben wurde (erst sollte in der Folgewoche verschickt werden, dann aber doch erst zwei Wochen sp\\u00e4ter, davon erfahren habe ich nur, weil ich nachgefragt hatte), hatte ich dann nach \\u00fcber einem Monat Wartezeit endlich mein Paket erhalten UND erhielt nicht was ich bestellt hatte! Ich erhielt drei (!!) verschiedene Stoffqualit\\u00e4ten. Von einer Farbe bekam ich 80cm zu wenig, zumindest war aber die Qualit\\u00e4t und Farbe richtig. Einmal bekam ich falsche Farbe, falsche Qualit\\u00e4t und falsches Gewicht und einmal richtige Farbe und Gewicht aber falsche Qualit\\u00e4t! Von 3 x stonewashed habe ich nur 1 x stonewashed bekommen. Da ich nicht bekam, was ich bestellt hatte, reklamierte ich und bekam eine erste (unversch\\u00e4mte) R\\u00fcckmeldung vom Unternehmen - Zitat: Bestellen Sie unsere Standardstoffe und keine Billigstoffe im Sale und alles wird gut.\\nAuf meine nochmalige Erkl\\u00e4rung dass ich nicht erhalten habe, was ich bestellt hatte, wurde ich beleidigt und der Hysterie, Nervosit\\u00e4t und Erpressung beschuldigt. Das Unternehmen schickte mir zum \\\"Beleg\\\" ihrer Qualit\\u00e4t der Standardstoffe eine Bewertung und Rechnungskopie einer Kundin inkl. Adresse! Datenschutz?\\nZumindest wurde mir angeboten, den gezahlten Betrag zur\\u00fcck zu erstatten. Um mein Geld zur\\u00fcck zu bekommen, musste ich aber meine erste schlechte Bewertung l\\u00f6schen. Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, meine Bankdaten zu nennen. Da ich jedoch per PayPal bezahlt hatte, wollte ich auch dar\\u00fcber die Erstattung erhalten um den K\\u00e4uferschutz zu behalten. Den brauchte ich dann auch um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen, da sich das Unternehmen weigerte mir den gezahlten Betrag auch per PayPal zur\\u00fcck zu zahlen. Da ich bei PayPal belegen konnte, dass mir die R\\u00fcckerstattung zugesichert wurde und die falsche Ware behalten kann, griff der K\\u00e4uferschutz! Das Unternehmen konnte es nicht unterlassen, unter Dokumentation von Paypal auf noch deren Angestellte zu beleidigen...\\nJetzt wo der Fall gekl\\u00e4rt ist und ich mein Geld wieder habe, kann ich nur warnen! Ich habe drei verschiedene Stoffe der gleichen Stoffqualit\u00e4t gekauft, alle waren im Sale. Nachdem ich zwei Wochen nach meiner Bestellung noch keine Sendungsnummer erhalten hatte, hatte ich mich \u00fcber den Status der Bestellung erkundigt. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Stoffe erst noch gef\u00e4rbt werden m\u00fcssten. Gef\u00e4rbt werde erst ab 6 Metern. Da ich jedoch jeweils nur 3 Meter bestellt h\u00e4tte, m\u00fcsste ich warten bis jemand anderes auch bestellt. Die Waren waren aber im Sale und auf der Internetseite wurde auch angegeben wie viel noch auf Lager ist! Im sp\u00e4teren Verlauf wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, ich h\u00e4tte gef\u00e4rbte Stoffreste gekauft, die sie normalerweise an Schulen verschenken w\u00fcrden!\nNachdem der Versand mehrmals verschoben wurde (erst sollte in der Folgewoche verschickt werden, dann aber doch erst zwei Wochen sp\u00e4ter, davon erfahren habe ich nur, weil ich nachgefragt hatte), hatte ich dann nach \u00fcber einem Monat Wartezeit endlich mein Paket erhalten UND erhielt nicht was ich bestellt hatte! Ich erhielt drei (!!) verschiedene Stoffqualit\u00e4ten. Von einer Farbe bekam ich 80cm zu wenig, zumindest war aber die Qualit\u00e4t und Farbe richtig. Einmal bekam ich falsche Farbe, falsche Qualit\u00e4t und falsches Gewicht und einmal richtige Farbe und Gewicht aber falsche Qualit\u00e4t! Von 3 x stonewashed habe ich nur 1 x stonewashed bekommen. Da ich nicht bekam, was ich bestellt hatte, reklamierte ich und bekam eine erste (unversch\u00e4mte) R\u00fcckmeldung vom Unternehmen - Zitat: Bestellen Sie unsere Standardstoffe und keine Billigstoffe im Sale und alles wird gut.\nAuf meine nochmalige Erkl\u00e4rung dass ich nicht erhalten habe, was ich bestellt hatte, wurde ich beleidigt und der Hysterie, Nervosit\u00e4t und Erpressung beschuldigt. Das Unternehmen schickte mir zum \"Beleg\" ihrer Qualit\u00e4t der Standardstoffe eine Bewertung und Rechnungskopie einer Kundin inkl. Adresse! Datenschutz?\nZumindest wurde mir angeboten, den gezahlten Betrag zur\u00fcck zu erstatten. Um mein Geld zur\u00fcck zu bekommen, musste ich aber meine erste schlechte Bewertung l\u00f6schen. Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, meine Bankdaten zu nennen. Da ich jedoch per PayPal bezahlt hatte, wollte ich auch dar\u00fcber die Erstattung erhalten um den K\u00e4uferschutz zu behalten. Den brauchte ich dann auch um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen, da sich das Unternehmen weigerte mir den gezahlten Betrag auch per PayPal zur\u00fcck zu zahlen. Da ich bei PayPal belegen konnte, dass mir die R\u00fcckerstattung zugesichert wurde und die falsche Ware behalten kann, griff der K\u00e4uferschutz! Das Unternehmen konnte es nicht unterlassen, unter Dokumentation von Paypal auf noch deren Angestellte zu beleidigen...\nJetzt wo der Fall gekl\u00e4rt ist und ich mein Geld wieder habe, kann ich nur warnen! Nach Nachfrag kam keine Antwort, dann wurde zumindest erw\u00e4hnt dass was fehlen k\u00f6nnte, das haben sie mir nachgeschickt, das waren 2 Stoffe, 2 fehlen immer noch. Es f\u00fcr einen haben sie mir einen Refund angeboten, den zweiten musste ich m\u00fchsam heraussuchen, nat\u00fcrlich bekommt man die Steuern und Transport nicht zur\u00fcck, das alleine hat 100 Euro gekostet. Da keine Packzettel beiliegen hat man \u00fcber Teillieferungen keinen \u00dcberblick. Die wichtigsten Leinen habe ich nicht erhalten.\nBis heute (Bestellung war im M\u00e4rz) weiss ich nicht ob ich mein Geld wiederbekomme. Eine Katastrophe. They are not professionals and hardly know about customer service.\nI\\'ve made three orders with them. If summarize:\n--> they don\\'t send you any order confirmation, so when you place your order, you don\\'t know where to go and how to check if order was received by them, what you have ordered, when to expect it, etc.\n--> your order is sent approx. after 6 weeks, but it is not mentioned anywhere. They also never contact you about it, so basically you just wait 4-5 weeks, then start to worry and send them emails. After that your order starts moving forward. I sometimes think that they would never send it unless I contact them. I always feel that my order is missed.\n--> They can ignore your emails. For my last order (not yet received) after 5 weeks of waiting I start to raise questions. It took one week and 4 emails until they give me first answer. Answer was that fabric would arrive to them next week. First, I ordered it 5 weeks ago, so why it was not ordered earlier. Second, why nobody ever notify me about delays or absent product or timelines. Third, again this impression that my order was missed and they ordered fabric only when I start alarming, and because of their mistake they didn\\'t answer emails. All these is so unprofessional, so there is always the question how to make business with them.\n--> One time wrong color was received (brown instead of orange), explanation was that original fabric was with higher amount of linen threads. I understand that they might receive wrong fabric, however I ordered particular item with particular linen+cotton composition and particular color. If something went wrong, at least I should have been notified or asked.\n--> Last thing. Do not expect that they will send you track and trace details. They send it only when you ask. And it will be just dropped link without \\'Hello\\' and \\'Kind regards\\', so again in a very amateur way.\nAgain, they sell very good quality fabric, that\\'s why I still order from them. But with each order I have desire to find another supplier for my business because work with them causes a lot of stress. A lot of problems can be solved with proper communication, but unfortunately this company has no idea how to communicate with their customers.
