The Company Story
We run real estate owners, builders and buyers through the proper side of public administration so that buildings can use and value their full potential. Our approach is practical and based on experience - the aim is to reduce the burden on the subscriber and bring the projects into a legal and functional row.
The issues of construction and rights of use tend to become time-consuming and complicated: paperwork, statutory audits and communication with local authorities require special skills and attention. In addition, the lack of permits would create risks related to fines, limited financing opportunities and insurance cover.
Our job is to take responsibility for these processes - to find a suitable solution, to prepare and submit the necessary documents and to communicate with the authorities on behalf of the client. We offer assistance both in the case of new authorisations and simpler notifications, as well as in situations where the regularisation of the building needs to be investigated and carried out.
We differ by addressing the whole issue of permits and checks: we coordinate the necessary audits, keep the client up to date and offer project-based pricing, which gives predictability in the case of simpler cases. We have a long experience with local registers and procedures that help to keep the process smooth.
Our ultimate goal is to reduce the administrative burden and legal risks of the owner and to increase the opportunities of real estate to obtain normal financing and insurance. We work to ensure that complex processes become understandable and manageable for customers.
