The situation in 2022 was challenging for both the whole world and our team, as most of our business partners and counterparties are located in Ukraine.

At present, about 25% of counterparties have moved to other countries to ensure our company's operations and service delivery to customers.

We are confident in our abilities and strength and have proven to all customers that our company remains a reliable and stable partner in the field of service provision and outsourcing.

At the end of 2021, a new licensing model was introduced, which allowed to increase the revenue from license sales and technical service extension by 30 percent in 2022.

This year we released 13 updates for each JxBrowser and DotNetBrowser product.

In addition, DotNetBrowser has expanded its technical capabilities in 2022, we were joined by over 100 new customers ((JxBrowser - 61 customers and DotNetBrowser - 41 customers).

Over 500 customers renewed their subscriptions to use the latest versions of the products. (Of these JxBrowser - 370 customers; DotNetBrowser - 149 customers).

In 2022, WebSpellChecker actively worked on service stabilization, performance improvement and increasing the functionality of WProofreader-based products. Among other things, we have improved autocomplete. We added AI spelling support for English dialects: British, American, Australian,

Canadian English .

Custom dictionary HTTP API was the most demanded (TOP) request by our customers, so we added the option for server customers to use bulk options Custom Translator (Custom dictionary) API.

In 2022, UI and WProofreader improvements were also made. Among other things, we implemented a global badge product with the aim of making the product more convenient for users.

We continue to improve and strengthen security measures in accordance with international standards,

WProofreader core operation stability, HTTP API options and functionality, server version configuration.

We continue to actively and thoroughly develop existing individual projects and carry out technical service for our customers.

At the same time, at present and under current conditions, we temporarily do not plan new projects and service expansion.

We are productively working on the PurePhotos project and improving system quality. We released a new version of the neural network, which is the main technology of the product. We are improving the Web client program, working with Customer integrations via FTP; we are developing integration with analytics systems to obtain statistical data on product usage and to attract new customers.

One of the achievements of 2022 can be considered the start of preparing products for the Chinese market. For this, technical and legal documents were translated into Chinese, the Chinese version of the site was prepared, all necessary registrations were made on Chinese platforms.

In 2023, we expect the completion of the above preparations and the start of product realization.

The company's next marketing goal is to enter the Latin American market. In the near future, the company will release a new product Molybden - an integration library (Library for C++), which covers another technological stack of our products.

With the aim of greater business security and company stability, options for establishing a subsidiary or a new partner company in Portugal, where some of the counterparties have moved, are being discussed.

The company does not plan to make investments in fixed assets in 2023.
