Main events in the fiscal year 2022 continued the recovery of the short-term rental industry and due to further easing of travel restrictions, our customers experienced an increase in booking numbers. The improving business environment allowed us to focus on growth and strengthen our product offering.

Throughout 2022, we further expanded our product portfolio and improved existing features, resulting in an increase in our main assets, especially intangible assets. We continued to invest in the development of our product offering and engineering resources, as evidenced by the increase in prepayments for intangible assets.

Financial Results

Smartbnb has shown an impressive growth trajectory in 2022, with revenues reaching 3,575,719 euros, which is a significant 114% growth compared to 1,671,231 euros in 2021. This increase demonstrates the company's resilience and adaptation to market conditions after challenges arising from the coronavirus pandemic.
