The company was established in December 2017 and started operations in May 2018, with the aim of providing healthcare services and performing vision-correcting laser procedures.

Various events influenced the results of 2022, the active period of Covid restrictions ended and a military conflict in Ukraine began, which in turn caused an energy crisis and heightened inflation.

The main focus of the reporting year was on technology renewal, employee training, and improving the level of customer service.

Goals for the next fiscal year - The company's growth strategy for 2023 is conservative, economical, and sustainable.

We are developing necessary services for customers to a new level by training staff and investing in new equipment and software.

In 2022, the company was divided by the separation of assets (impact on equity 5 512 thousand euros).
