Enefit Wind OÜ (hereinafter Enefit Wind) is a 100% renewable energy production company owned by Enefit Green AS (hereinafter Enefit Green), whose main activity is the production of electricity from wind energy.

Enefit Wind was registered in the commercial register on 19.02.2019 and as of the end of 2022, it includes 16 wind parks in Estonia. The board of Enefit Wind consists of three members: Aavo Kärmas,

Innar Kaasik and Veiko Räim.

Enefit Wind was established with a non-monetary contribution, the subject of which were the Virtsu, Paldiski and Narva wind parks. The business was joined by 11 wind parks in Estonia from the AS Nelja

Energia group acquired by the parent company in 2018. Subsequently, Aulepa wind park was added to Enefit Wind as a result of the division of Enefit Green.

EVENTS 2022

Increasing wind energy production is one of the key objectives of Enefit Wind's parent company. The company continued with the implementation of asset management software. In addition, several maintenance contracts were renewed. The largest investments in 2022 were the replacement of 2 main gearboxes and 2 transformers.
