Sõpruse Kodud OÜ was established in August 2020 with the aim of acquiring a suitable object for development activities and starting development activities.

Later that same year, the company acquired properties on Mõtuse and Sõpruse pst. street in Tallinn, where construction work began in 2021. A five-story building with 2-3 room apartments, a total of 24 apartments, and a row house with 3 apartments were built on these properties, all of which meet the requirements of the A-energy class.
