      Our mission is to create a place of rest and recovery where the body and spirit receive attention and care without excessive complexity. We try to provide the visitor with a well thought-out and humane approach to peace and balance.

      The daily tension, fatigue and need to take care of the skin and muscles create an opportunity to provide clear and reliable support. It is important to do this in a way that is suitable for both single visits and regular care.

      We create comprehensive care programs that combine relaxation, skin care and rehabilitation with a focus on personal approach. The services are adapted to the needs of the person, so that the result will be a lighter feeling and a cared for look.

      The commitment to details and the balance between traditional sauna rituals and modern rehabilitation are different. Our goal is to support both the daily well-being of those who seek deeper muscle recovery or more intensive skin care.
