The Company Story
We help Estonian micro and small enterprises to be visible, operate reliably and use digital channels without excessive complexity and time-consumption reduction. We follow a practical and personal approach: we want every client to receive tools that support their daily business.
Many small businesses face the same problem - short time, limited resources and uncertainty about how to get new customers or keep existing ones on the web. In addition, there is often a lack of clear responsibility for the maintenance of the website, technical solutions and day-to-day administrative tasks.
We offer simple and clearly priced digital solutions that provide the company with effective online presence and continuous support: websites and online shops, work to improve visibility, regular maintenance, remote support for day-to-day administrative tasks, and customer communication and automation based on e-mail. The services are designed to reduce the burden on the owner and increase online contacts.
We need to combine web development, search visibility and virtual assistance into a single entity and provide transparent, accessible and personal service to small businesses. The new websites have close support after the start-up and we have an incentive in cooperation with the local host to reduce the technical risks and maintenance burden.
We work to ensure that owners receive more inquiries and less technical surprises and that daily contacts with customers take place in a consistent and automatic manner.
