The fragmentation of services and long waiting times often make recovery difficult: nursing surveillance, rehabilitation, rapid diagnostics and emotional counselling may not come together in time. This causes unnecessary delays and additional burdens for both people and their loved ones.

Instead, we combine home nursing and wound care, rehabilitation, on-site rapid tests and medical and psychological counselling as one of the integrated support networks. We work with patients and families to support recovery, to teach care and to adapt solutions to the needs of everyday life.

Our specificity is the emphasis on coordination, prevention and practical support: we prefer an approach that reduces the need for hospital care and increases people's independence. We focus our activities on making care more convenient, faster accessible and right-hand-adapted to home life.
