The Company Story
We are a local contracted company in Estonia that focuses on water and moisture protection of flat roofs and building foundations. Our work is based on practical experience and the desire to keep the buildings dry and running for many years.
Many buildings face leakage, wear and maintenance interruptions, which can lead to major repair and construction problems. This situation affects both private owners and apartment and business customers who need a reliable and consistent approach to the protection of buildings.
We offer project-based renovations, regular maintenance and hydroisolation of the foundation in order to restore and extend water communication between roofs and foundations. The works are carried out under agreed conditions and in accordance with the relevant construction requirements, depending on the specificity of each object.
We are distinguished by deep specialisation on flat roofs and foundations, long-term training and the readiness to carry out the work from the beginning to the end as a local partner. The goal is clear: to reduce the risks posed by water and extend the lifetime of buildings by offering a practical and reliable solution.

Company customer opinions
