The Company Story
We believe that a restaurant is the place where food, service and community meet. Our job is to help the restaurants in Viljandimaa to maintain this balance so that guests leave with satisfaction and keepers feel that daily work is manageable and safe.
Many restaurants are exposed to the pressure of management, organisation and food safety requirements, which may obscure the basic value offered to guests. These complications affect both the experience of the guest and the sustainability of the business.
We aim to support restaurants in a comprehensive way: to create a work organisation that connects the kitchen and the hall smoothly, to provide appropriate training and to keep food safety and quality under constant attention. The approach focuses on practical assistance and ensuring that daily work works work in a stable and predictable way.
Unlike remotely managed solutions, we work in close cooperation with local teams, taking into account the expectations of guests as well as the daily needs of business owners. Our work focuses on a more sustainable and hospitable service, so that they can focus on what is important - good food and satisfied guests.
